This is one of YIKE's long-term capacity-building programs aimed at strengthening youth leadership while addressing gender-based violence (GBV) prevention, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), digital literacy, peacebuilding, and economic empowerment in Kenya. The program strengthens youth leadership, reduces GBV risks, improves livelihoods, and promotes inclusive communities through community sensitization, mentorship, digital literacy training, and business support.

Impact
Over 100 youth groups strengthened, leading to improved youth leadership and enhanced economic resilience. Nearly 3,000 young people reached with leadership skills development.
